Devin Nilsson lives right in Boston with three other friends. But, these aren't any ordinary friends. These friends play for the Boston Bruins.

Yes, you read correctly. The. Boston. Bruins.

Follow the journey of Devin living with three NHLers and the many different experiences and challenges the four face - but not romantic challenges! Because, you know, it's not always about the romance. ;)

(Apologies if the book seems too cliché, I'm working on making each chapter better)

PLEASE, do not take parts of my story and/or cover page style without crediting me. I have spotted this a few times and it would be much appreciated for credit as I work hard on this story when I have the opportunity to write.

Emily is about to start her 2nd year there and her brother his 3rd. She is studying to become a Pediatric Doctor and will let nothing take her off that path. She has always steered clear of any kind of hockey player. Growing up in a hockey family, she knows what most of them are all about and wants nothing to do with that life. That is until the day her brother comes home and practically begs her to tutor his best friend and captain of the Harvard hockey team Drew McKenzie. He is failing his Econ class and as luck would have it Emily has taken that one as an elective and is the best student in the class. Drew McKenzie is Harvard's star hockey player and he knows it. He has women falling all over him from Harvard and other schools every time he goes out. The last thing he wants is to be benched over a stupid Econ Class grade. So when his best friend Sam Anderson tells him that his sister would be willing to tutor him, Drew agrees. Little did they both know that this unlikely pairing would lead to so much more that just Drew potentially passing the class. Can these tow put aside their differences and hesitations and find some common ground? Once they do who knows they may find out they are more a like than they thought. Aiden Bennett was my first crush, my brother's best friend, hockey superstar, and now? He's my fake boyfriend. Running away to Boston was a chance for me to start anew, but as life goes, I find myself back in my hometown for my sister's wedding, where I'm unfortunately dragged back into the judgmental spotlight over my failed engagement. Enter Aiden, who much to my surprise, swoops in like a knight in shining armor to shield me from any more scrutiny. His plan you ask? Pretending to be my boyfriend. Yup, you heard that right. I didn't believe it either myself. Little did we know, a leaked photo from our night of playing pretend would spark a media frenzy, landing right into the hands of Aiden's agent who has a plan of his own. His plan? Use this charade to help polish Aiden's recently damaged image while securing a long term future in the league. Now I'm stuck in a whirlwind of public appearances, unexpected moments, and conflicting emotions. I've spent years keeping the feelings I had for him frozen away, but with every look, with every touch, he's chiseling his way back into my heart. As time goes by, I'm terrified that the lines between real and fake are going to blur, and after everything I've been through, could I be ready to take a chance on love again? Do I play it safe, or risk everything for the one person who has always been there, just out of reach? Aiden Bennett could destroy me, but maybe that's a risk I'm finally willing to take.
