In a time of where Haymitch, Katniss and Peeta never existed, the terrible treat of the Hunger Games still lingers in the twelve districts of Panam. As the 5th Hunger Games is around that means the Quarter Quell. The twist this year that twice as many tributes are thrown in the capitol’s twisted away of entertaining everyone. 24 girls and 24 boys aged from twelve to eighteen have to fight to the death and only can there be one victor.

In this story of the hunger games, we follow two girls from district seven: Rachel Duncan and Isabella Browning as two best friends are thrown into the hunger games and their friendship is pushed to the limits. As they face the fact that there can only be one winner.
