Mira has the power to manipulate water. She displays her abilities to the Council of Magic, and the chairman of the council sends her to a place in which she can strengthen her powers, a training base in the city of Valaar. She arrives at the training base and is greeted by several children that are almost the same age. All have powers similar to her own. Mira continues to train. She grows much stronger, but so does a malicious force with the intent to destroy the world. Now Mira and her friends are tasked with stopping it.
