Jasik, a "Straight A" student decides to let go of his past self and enjoy life -- carelessly. Drinking, smoking and hanging out with girls. However, this newfound lifestyle of his ends abruptly as his dad suddenly passes away. This wakes him up from his childish acts. He barely knew his dad, but he knew that his father was sick, and yet he had the guts to mess around in the past few months, while his dad was dying. This belief depresses him. He moves to the city to occupy his dad's house, and begins a new life in Manila as he continues his studies. Will sadness and regret take over him, or will something, or someone, intertwine with his life to save him?

Sometimes, the one you have in your heart is not the one you have in your arms. --- "I love this book, it's perfect. I finished it in one sitting, I found it that good. One of the best and most beautifully crafted books I've ever read on Wattpad." - @LostForever011 "I usually don't read books with little details in the description, but this one intrigued me in ways I can't understand, and I absolutely loved it." - @Blu_Storm_Lyla "Ahh, it's intriguing! It's the first chapter and I'm already hooked." - @deedert "I loved this book so much. Every chapter had so much detailing. It had the audience twisting with emotions. I'm just so glad I took my time to read this amazing piece of work." - @HopeWorldJ "You twist words around your literary finger (pardon my odd metaphor) with such ease that it startles me pleasantly... consider myself swept off my feet!" - @DocendoDiscimus "Unbelievable how many times I've read this, and each time I fall in love with story even more." - @AhoneyQ "I love the humour in your stories, as always refreshing!" - @Olga_GOA |completed ❅ cover by @splendiferously ❅ all rights reserved|
