Arielle is on the brink of ending it all when her best friend washes up dead on the beach. As much as she wants to be surprised, she can't when nearly everyone at school has motive to not only want Victoria dead but her whole click. In order to seperate herself from the past that has led her here, she makes a dangerous deal with her sociopath of a leader who threatens to expose a secret that can land her in prison. Arielle finds herself in the middle of a murder investigation that forces her to reevaluate the people she thought she could trust and her very humanity.
