Leah Scott is an 18 year old girl who could never have an ordinary teenage life and has almost spent her whole life living inside a room with nothing to do but reading books. Leah's mom Jane Scott died when Leah was born. Her dad Jack Scott married Sarah Hunter later on. Sarah had a son named Alex. But when Leah was 8 and Alex was 10 their parents died in a plane crash. Now, Alex is a drug dealer and works with his best friend Chris Flynn. Alex and Chris live together in a house in the middle of nowhere. They keep Leah as a hostage, in a room locked up 24/7. They either work or party all day and night. With Leah, even her best friend Luke is trapped in that house. He lives in the same room as Leah. Chris screctly admires Leah and feels sorry for her. But Leah hates both of them as they ruined her life. But one day something happens which changes her life forever.
