John Watson and his wife Mary are expecting their first child together, something which has been worrying John since the second he found out. A couple of weeks before his child is due, John and his best friend Sherlock embark on what is to be their final case together before their lives change forever. But neither of them could have dreamed of how much their lives would really change once Lizzie Watson was brought into the world.
