When normal, plain, relatively shy 17 year old Kate is sent to Camp Falcon, a Summer Camp, she thinks she'll hate it; but it turns out to change her life forever. Hello! This is a story I wrote a few years ago when I was 11/12. It is not the best written at the start but I didn't want to edit it (it gets better as my writing improves). It involves a school trip where the plane crashes, killing the pilot and landing them on a tropical island. So in this story, Lampwick is traveling to Leavenworth, KS to got to a new summer church camp that his Mom thinks will be good for him. But Pinoke isn't going to be there, and his brother, Danny, is going at a different week. Here, Lampwick is going to be 13 and is really close with Danny who is 17. Lampwick also has never gone to a summer camp before, and he's nervous. Here, he learns that it's okay to be nervous and there's no reason why you can't learn. All characters, except the campers and Danny, are works of Disney. Lampwick and Danny's little thing is from Veggietales. The summer camp is one I have actually been to and the inspirational cleric for him is my own personal mentor. Enjoy!! Her therapist suggested a place that looked like camp. Two strangers come get her in the middle of the night and bring her to the worst place she has ever been to in her life. When she comes back to live with her best friend, she is nothing like she was when she left, but he promised he'd wait for her.
