My name is Lucia Aquino. I am 17 years old and Italian. I live in a city called Pompeii.
One day, I met this jerk named Ian Hecox. We didn't like each other at all. He was rude and sarcastic and he thought I was stuck up since I was the heir to my family's fortune.
Eventually, we learned to get along.
Then all at once, we fell in love.
My family didn't approve of Ian and I together so our relationship was forced into secrecy.
A few crazy decisions later, everything changed.
I will say this, I have no regrets in this life. I regret none of my decisions or choices.
Then on August 24th, a nearby volcano erupted and Pompeii was lost forever.
I lost everything.
