The year is 2215.  America is divided into 3 sectors, 1, 2 ,3.  You are forced into your sector when you are 18 based entirely on your looks.  To be in sector 1 is an honor for platinum blonds with blue eyes and those who are considered "Desirable" .  They live a life of luxury most couldn't even dream of.  Sector 2 is for "normal" people. Those with dirty blonde hair and green eyes who lived comfortably but not fabulously.  Finally, sector 3, the "undesirables!"  The conditions are terrible. They are treated like scum and pests.There is almost no spark of hope left in anyone...almost.  Amelia Knight plans to fight the corrupt government with no fears, everything seems easy.  That is, until the blonde haired blue eyed boy , Xavier, whom she has fallen in love with in dreams since she was 8 years old is proved to be real.  Will she sacrifice an eternal love for a plan that might not even work?
