As Dipper and Mabel return to Gravity Falls before going to college, there's someone who missed them in more ways than one: Wendy. After realizing how she passed up on a great opportunity for love, she attempts to get Dipper to love her again. However, while he wants this to happen, he's still convinced that they're "Just Friends." It's up to Mabel to get them together, as she is the ultimate matchmaker.
However, as summer comes to a close, Wendy realizes that eventually, the love of her life will leave her all alone. Will they be doomed to revert back to being friends, or will they find true love? Only time will tell.
