A short story of Anza, a girl going to pay respects and celebrate her family who are now on the other side the night before the day of the dead. Thinking she's alone, she sets up her alter in their honor, including her older brother Hernan. Little did she know the things that await her that night...

I first wrote this in the beginning of 2015. I totally thought I'd lost this short story! Or dreamed writing it! I was looking for it weeks & weeks and couldn't find it anywhere! lol! 

I had a friend who was trying to put together a collection of horror stories for Dia de los Muertos. My family wasn't very traditional, I don't know much Spanish either, so I looked up what I could but I could used some help with that probably. lol Be kind if I messed up. lol I'd never really tried to write something like this before but I gave it a shot. My friend's project fell though. I wasn't sure what category it would fit into, but I figured I'd share this with you.  Think WP ate some of my formatting.
