AKB0048: Brand New Stage

When a new planet is discovered, Acchan, Chieri and Takamina journey to the planet to find people like them living there. They discover a brightly shining girl singing ontop a stage with people watching her. When they are discovered by the people of the planet, they are targeted as invaders and they all flee the scene, but only the girl who was singing is mesmerized by the new girls.

The girl introduces herself as Nadeshiko Tomoko, and the planet they are visiting is called Lunala, named after Tomoko's mother Luna. Tomoko tells the girls that she has been awaiting their arrival as told to her by a girl named Maeda Atsuko the 13th. After Tomoko is told that Nagisa is now Acchan, Tomoko tells the girls that she was given the radiance from the former Centre Nova girls and that she will become the revolution of AKB0048.

Tomoko also explains that she was told she would succeed her own name and have a radiance more brighter then the Centre Nova, that may be the power to bringing back the past Centre Nova who have been through the gate and never returned.

Tomoko was originally meant to become Maeda Atsuko the 15th, but her succession changed when the former Maeda Atsuko 13th told her she would become Nadeshiko Tomoko the 1st.

What will happen when everyone finds out she already had the fever of succession?
