Oranges and Chocolate

Tim McGraw is riding his truck when a beaten, but handsome man runs out into the street and almost gets hit. Tim helps the man into his truck in order to get him to a hospital. All is going well until the dashing man pulls out a gun and holds Tim hostage. Here's how the two become friends and eventually much more.
