A dystopian young adult novel involving romance, secret experiments on human subjects, and a group of teenagers' will to survive. Reader Comments: "I'm gonna gush about your book real quick...all the technology has a purpose and is beautifully explained so I can picture it in my mind...the whole concept of the book is completely original...*moment of silence for your beautiful arch of character development* everything your characters do is strictly them but they develop enough to show more about themselves without you straight up telling the reader about them" -Vairl9023 "Ahh!!! This is so good!! I will be anxiously awaiting the next Chapter!!" -CrystalBagot "Brilliant...ohh, this is very catchy, good work" -IndeeMaynard "I love this so far" -BrianneMorris "You've done a great job at creating a mysterious mood" -poisonedpen *** All Evita Creedy, 17, wants is to finish her degree and be accepted for a prestigious job with the city's Department of Energy. When Arden stumbles across a half-conscious, bloodied girl at his local train station, he doesn't know what to think. But once she tells him what happened to her, he gains a whole new perception of his world. Arden lives in pretty much the perfect setting. His family loves him, his future job is tailored to suit his talents, and he has a promising future with his girlfriend. He never intended for things to unravel when he finds a half-conscious girl in a pool of blood stowed away on a cargo train -- he just wanted to help her. But once she wakes up, he gets a lot more than he bargained for. She tells him a story of risk-taking, of discoveries. Of adventure, hope, and sadness. She seems to have more questions than answers. Answers he can't give her. But there's one thing Arden does realize: His superiors are hiding things from him. Things that could be their downfall. nor·mal /ˈnôrməl/ adjective conforming to a standard; usual, typical, or expected. Copyright © 2020 by @mel10rism This is the sequel to "The Differents".
