The new VR device, VirA, was supposedly the NerveGear's descendant and was owned by a company, known to be run by Akihiko Kayaba's relative, Domachi Koroya. Project Calamity was vaguely known for its supernatural graphics and responsive commands, yet not as good as Ordinal Scale's. Between competition, Domachi progressed to an extent where he could allow his creation to live up to its name. 》

The Lightning Flash
This is part two of my, "Sword Art Online," fan fiction series and if you haven't read part 1 which is called, "The Black Swordsman," then I highly recommend you read that first. This series is my take on the, "Death Gun," Arc from "SAO" and focuses on Asuna and Sinone, who develop a very close bond with one another as they learn to deal with their trauma by participating in a brand new VR game called, "Gun Gale Online." The two end up taking a liking to the game and decide to join the game's first big tournament, the, "Bullet of Bullets Tournament," because they think it will be fun. Although, the appearance of a sinister new villain, Death Gun and the return of an old foe, POH, causes massive panic in the world of, "Gun Gale Online." This causes Kirito, Klein and Agil to all join the tournament as well since they think the villains are going to strike during the tournament. Asuna must move past her own trauma to not only win the, "Bullet of Bullets Tournament," but also, to return to her old self...THE LIGHTNING FLASH! In the distant future of 20XX, a specialized headgear called the "Nerve Gear" is released to the public, designed to immerse the user in hundreds of Virtual Reality Massive Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games (VRMMORPG) using their five senses. One in particular stood out from its peers, an upcoming game called "Sword Art Online" that attracted the attention of millions; yet, only 10,000 copies have been sold. What looks to be a wonderful world spawned from the genius mind of Kayaba Akihiko, the creator of the Nerve Gear, however soon turns out to be an elaborate ruse since on the first day of public access, players discover they cannot log out, as the game creator is holding them captive unless they reach the 100th floor of the game's tower and defeat the final boss. The Black Swordsman
This is a retelling of my least favorite arc in, "Sword Art Online," which is the, "Fairy Dance Arc." I am going to attempt writing my own version of the story that is much darker and focuses on things that the original arc didn't focus on. The story follows Kirito, after he wakes up from beating, "Sword Art Online." He learns that Asuna didn't wake up with him and he now struggles to find a reason to keep trying to live his life. Once he learns that Asuna is still alive in a different game, he must find the motivation to become the player that he once was in, "Sword Art Online," in order to save her from a threat unlike anything he has faced, before.
