The Rogue Pack

"I'll fucking kill you Josephine!" Shouted a voice as I sprinted past the forest. My bare feet ached as I ran on the cold snow, dead branches clawing at my skin.

" If the snow doesn't kill you, I will! " I didn't stop running, tears streaming down my cheeks. I wasn't going to turn back, not after the torture he's put me through.

He is right, if I don't freeze to death out here, I can't just run for the rest of my life.

As his voice faded away, I noticed the pounding of paws to my right. Lawndale wasn't the only one chasing me. Something huffed, and twigs snapped.

Panicked, I turned left sharply, the wind blowing my hair in every direction. A growl erupted from the trees, and panic filled my heart.

I'm being hunted. Not just by Lawndale and his men, but by these monsters.

A story in the eyes of Josephine Ellis, an Alaskan town girl with an attitude. Summer is the same, calm and cold, as usual. With her best friend out of the country, Josephine has gone as far as laying in icy snow for hours to entertain herself.

That usual summer was destroyed only hours into the night. Josephine will have to fight her way to survive recent attempts to destroy her, and maybe even torture.
