After moving to Tokyo, Japan on an emotional whim due to the death of her grandmother, Rishima Aragi starts to consider herself one of the unluckiest girls at her school. Maybe it's due to the fact that people at school plot devious shit all the time which involve her being the target, or maybe because she is always broke, or... maybe it's due to fact that no matter where she runs to, she can never fully become detached from her apartment complex, including the creepily charming dudes that reside in it.
