Meredith Grace Evanine. Loved by everyone around her. A typical seventeen-year-old girl with an average life that she truly enjoyed living. Until her diagnosis. Now, everything's changed. She lives the rest of her shortened life in a hospital bed, awaiting death, saying her last good-byes, and writing. Every single day she writes to a new person. After her death these letters travel to some of the strangest sorts of places, ending up in the hands of some of the strangest people, but they all have a reason. Every single person that has ever impacted her life now awaits the letter from Meredith with her last official goodbyes, triggering memories that some may have even forgotten by now. Emmeline doesn't know what to do at one point and decides to end it all but doesn't succeed. The people who care for her try and help her find herself again but it can only be done if she wants it to happen.
