The Capitol is still burning. The arenas have been rebuilt, bigger, and more dangerous. The rebels are defeated, and the remaining survivors are either captured or left to die. It was Peeta's fault. I hate him. The ones captured are now let out for a moment, when one is chosen to compete in the Quarter Quell, The 100th Hunger Games. It's anyone's game now, and the 24 contestants fight for freedom, and to not to be destroyed by the Capitol.

What would happen if Katniss hadn't won the games? Well the rebellion never happened and the games continued on. This year, it's time for the 4th quarter quell and the capitol has a big surprise for the districts. There will be three games. The first game will consists of district 1-6. 3 males and 3 females will be reaped from each district to participate. 12 of the 36 will move in to a final game. Then the second game will consist of district 7-12. 3 males and 3 females will also be reaped. Again 12 of the 36 will move on to a final game. The final game will consist of the tributes that survived the first and second games. From there the tributes will battle until a lone victor remains. May the odds be ever in your favour...
