The world I had once grown up in as a young, innocent child had turned into one of the most horrific places I had come to know. Life for me had never been the same since the day I met Rize and I became a monster. I thought that I could control what was happening, but I soon found myself become isolated and alone. I grew strong, and with the help of an old friend, we made up for the bad things in our lives. Throughout this world, I would stand with her forever. I just wished so badly I could tell her that, but I knew that Touka would never feel the same way. But there wasn't time for romance anyways, not when I had every person and practically every ghoul in Tokyo after me for what I had become. I had to leave her, and my past behind as I faced the truth and broke everything left inside myself. Even though they all say otherwise, I too had a living, breathing soul. But unlike others, mine was all alone.
