Allison is a girl of many words, most of which are either lies or profanities. Her boyfriend, Max Waters, is a carefree, easygoing guy with his whole future planned out for him. He has the ability to make every girl fall for him - except Allison. But of course, she isn't going to tell him that.

Elliot Wilde is a lovable, mostly average guy with a secret. Not a particularly big one, but a secret nonetheless - one that he'd prefer to stay hidden. But when Allison discovers it she makes Elliot her own personal little project, much to her boyfriend's dismay.
