Jake, an American boy, continues his job delivering supplies for the Consortium in North Africa. But it's a region increasingly torn apart by civil unrest and revolution. The poor want more help from the consortium. Local warlords and corrupt politicians want to keep their power. Jake has never experienced anything like it, being in the middle of a huge social upheaval. He has no clue what is going to happen, but he knows where he belongs, in the middle of it all.

Update: The story is finished so to speak but I will be adding 3-4 happy, fluffy epilogues so please stay tuned for that! This is my way of saying goodbye to a show and characters that have really meant something to me. This is my take on what happens after the series ends. It spans many years and I will be flashing backward and forward. Future events will be written in present tense. Past events will be written in past tense. And the present? Well... it's a mystery! This is a long journey. THERE IS A LOT OF ANGST. They have to cope with their own baggage, grow up a lot and learn to communicate. There is sex. The characters evolve over time. No one dies.
