After the large scale fight against the Ghouls of Anteiku, the CCG and later the Aogiri Tree. Many Ghouls left the wards and headed out to more secluded areas in Japan. One of these Ghouls just happened to be a purple haired female Ghoul who was a regular face at Anteiku. 
  
 Her name was Kaji.
  
 Just Kaji.
  
 No last name. For she had none, or at least she was never told by her older brother as to what it was. 
  
 To the CCG she was only the SSS-rated Ghoul known as:
  
 Hydra.
  
 After the destruction of the only safe place the Ghoul knew. She fled the 20th Ward, hoping to find solace in an area outside the city. An area that knew nothing of Ghouls. An area that also happened to have a prestigious school in its vicinity. 
  
 Cross Academy.
  
 After one final goodbye, Kaji enrolled into the prestigious school, where no one knew who she was or what she was. So far, no one suspected anything. That was until the mysterious Night Class rocked up and decided they wanted to figure out Kaji's secret.
  
 Wait till they see what is under her mask.
