Klaye - is also known as the most wanted criminal in their town.He's the most famous criminal and the most dangerous criminal,they said.While,Kaede is the most famous agent of the Republic and she's seeking for a revenge,a justice in her brother's death.The two of them will meet and they'll become a friends but deep in their hearts,they have a deep feelings on each other.But,Kaede found out that Klaye killed her brother.Is it true?or  Klaye is just framed by another person?Worst,will Kaede love the person who killed her brother?Or she'll do her revenge on him?
