This is a fanfiction, though the main 16 students are created by me. This is, however, based on the anime and games of Danganronpa 1 and Super Danganronpa 2. I highly suggest getting the games if you haven't already, they're amazing!
16 high school students are asked to participate in a month long program to reopen the door to exploring talent based hope. Though not the protagonist of this story, Kiko is the one keeping their hope strong when they are all told that they must kill each other if they want to leave.
16 abnormal high school students with odd talents told to kill each other. Sound familiar? Maybe to Kiko and a few others...
The talents in question are very odd, at least some of them, such as:

(This is a sequel to Danganronpa: Darkened Hope. I recommend that you read Darkened Hope if you haven't already, both to avoid spoilers for that story, and to contextualize this one.) Another killing game.... another bunch of students.... another story of murder and betrayal and deceit.... But this time.... Something's different. When Benshirou Kuwahara woke up in the courtyard behind a mansion, he didn't know what to expect. But the truth was much more horrifying than just a simple kidnapping. Monokuma, the supposed landlord of "Despairblood Manor," as he called it, was nothing but sadistic and cruel. To escape, one must murder. With this one simple rule in place, everyone's lives are in danger. What will become of the Ultimates residing in the mansion? How many will die? How many will survive? Will they ever know the answers to these questions, or will the bloodshed keep on going?
