A guy loves to steal a bunch of things and puts it in his house into a safe. He is evil and everyone hates him. He makes people cry and makes them scared every time he walks by them or talks to them. When he talks to people he secretly takes there things without them knowing. He is very sneaky. He does do much bad things where he lives. And he lives in New York City. He is just creepy.
