Alexander Hamilton seemed to be the happiest person alive.  He lived with his two best friends and his boyfriend John Laurens.  His college career was going swimmingly, and academically he was extremely gifted.  His life seemed to be perfect.

Until a car crashed ripped it apart.

John was taken from him, and his life is falling to pieces, and all Alexander needs is someone to pick the pieces up and glue them together.

Alexander expected it would be anyone but Thomas Jefferson, the man he despised since he met him.  

But life comes with surprises, and Alexander's biggest surprise was falling in love with the magenta-clad snob.

Sorry for being so late to write this! I had to feed my pet turtles. Anyways, you're probably interested in the plot of my book, right? I'd been Alexander's best friend since he transferred here in freshman year. Only one year afterwards, Thomas Jefferson, the son of a rich businessman, came into our lives. A rivalry was instantly caused, fueled by the hatred each of them felt for the other. Although Jefferson was entirely a mystery to everyone at school, that didn't stop my best friend becoming particularly interested in him during our junior year. For whatever reason, after launching his plan to put Jefferson in his place, he became quite fond of the tall Virginian. I was a little jealous of how the two began to grow so close, so I spread a few rumours. They were all entirely true, by the way. I guess this story just shows that a little jealousy can go a long way. Yours truly, John Laurens

Alexander Hamilton and Thomas Jefferson have never gotten along in their lives, everyone knows this. But no one, not even themselves, would figure that they would get paired for a science project for Mr. Washington's class. Alexander Hamilton was just a normal 18 year old but when he meets Thomas Jefferson everything changes. He had it all, a good boyfriend, a good adoptive family, a good group of friends. The two couldn't be more different and yet, they are so similar. Thomas Jefferson was a 20 year old who was the brother to Lafayette. He thought of Alexander as Annoying but it went from loathing to something more. Alex was a college Freshman while Thomas was a college Junior. They became enemies ever since the first encounter but Thomas can't deny how he really feels. Encounter after encounter, they learn more than they would like until everything comes lose. And getting stuck as Roommates doesn't make it any better.
