In this story Nick saves Gatsby by taking the bullet for him. Wilson gets arrested before he had the chance of shooting again, and now Nick is in the hospital in a coma. Gatsby stays by his side and with all this time he has a lot to think about. One question haunting in particular, why did he save him? Gatsby's internal struggle is hard, as he has to deal with reality by himself.
