The medicine saved her life, improved her life, and made her half-ghost. Her parents don't know, but Danny and co. do. Chelsea has a cousin named Jacob Conway who made comics based on Danny Phantom. Jacob doesn't know that Danny Phantom is a halfa until Chelsea tells him. Jacob gave the comics to his cousin in hopes of helping her feel better. He's ecstatic that Chelsea is doing better. The Field Trip and a Secret Identity
Danny Fenton is just another person like the rest of us. He goes to school, he sleeps, eats, and lives. Only half way though for that last one. While not dead, he isn't alive. Danny is a halfa. Half alive and half dead; half boy and half ghost. It's hard enough keeping that a secret from ghost hunting parents. After the Disasteriod incident though, it has gotten harder to fake being normal. And a field trip with his class to the place filled with both allies and friends of his isn't the best way to keep a secret either. With something crawling out of the shadows for revenge, this trip can only lead to nothing good. Maybe they'll make it out safe. Maybe the bad guy isn't who you think.
