Midoriya thought the feelings would go away. He thought he could live out his life with his wife. However, that wasn't the case. He denied who he was his entire life. When he couldn't take it anymore, he divorced his wife, leaving his son's world turned upside down. Feeling more alone than ever, his friends convinced him to throw himself out into the world again.
