Life experiences
I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama. This is my advice to you based off of my life experiences. Along with pieces of life experience advice I've included poetry and spoken word pieces from different perspectives and I try to break down life into beautiful words that people can relate to and see that we all struggle- you're not alone and we are each so valuable.Complete

This book is for you, who wants to read about what life can be like, most of the times. This book has reminders, poetry, tips and tricks, quotes, texts about meaning with life, happy moment and even sad moments. A little bit of everything life can throw at you. I have no filter to this book. Which means it's raw and genuine, and that is the goal. (You don't necessarily have to read from start to finish) If you for an example have a bad day, I have a chapter for you about seeing it thru a different perspective than what people normally tell you. Or if you feel like you want to know what happiness is or feels like, I have different definition of that in different chapters for you my dear! Reflections: A Journey of Overcoming Mental Illness and Returning to God
The following pages are my reflections of my last 13 years battling with mental health issues and my recent return to God. These years have been filled with struggle, traumas, and pain. It's no coincidence that when these struggles started, I turned my back on God and my faith and spent most of the rest of these years in darkness, depression, and despair. However, since returning to my faith, I have experienced a tremendous amount of healing, and my life has changed in ways I didn't think possible. Once haunted with my past, I have now rediscovered hope in my life, and the sting associated with my mental health issue have begun to fade.
