The apartment block on the corner of Sixth Street is home to richest of the rich. Six teenage girls are about to have their lives turned upside down as they juggle their fantasies of true love with the pressures of senior year.

Justin has promised Becca that their relationship will not suffer over the long distance, but she finds herself throwing a crazy party in her desperation to keep the spark alight.

Recently broken up Alyce and Tyler both lash out in the same way - Alyce wraps Josh around her finger to prove she has forgotten her ex, whilst Tyler goes out with Hayley, who feels she can never compete with the 'perfect' Alyce.

Sally is obsessed with Zac, who is fuming at her stalker-ish habits. As a final measure, she assumes the role of popular Penelope online to talk to him.

Penelope and Kirsty are dating the Dawson twins to the envy of just about everyone, but Kirsty has been bullied into it by her so called 'friend' in her attempts to rule Sixth Street. She's afraid of having a relationship, and Joe's taking things way too fast.

Penelope is just as unhappy with the situation, probably because she's not in love with her boyfriend Dan but instead with her stepbrother. But her image will be completely ruined if she rekindles the relationship.

As Christmas approaches, drama is at an all time high. The girls are in for a series of shocks are they discover that love is quite hard to come by, and that in certain cases money just can't help...
