To top that, he finds out that he's one of many Keyblade Wielders that have sprung up in different worlds, and its his job to bring them all together to stop an even bigger threat. With the help of his new friends, can Jake really bring the Wielders together for the greater good, or will all the worlds (including his home) just fade into nothing?
