The tranquility of Florida is disrupted when the news of a thunderstorm heading its way spreads. Despite all the mayhem the city is successfully evacuated and the people are taken to the underground City Refugio Seguro. But what the government do not know is that a 34 year old man and his 7 year old sick daughter are left behind. The story sets as they manoeuvre their way to the closest 'chosen' manhole that leads down to the underground city, and hopefully safety.
