Minami is an taken in by her childhood friends parents after her parents had "passed away". Her childhood friend is Toru Zen the prince of Tokyo's castle. They both have a had a crush on each other since they were little, but they just confessed to each other when they were sixteen.
Minami is meant to marry a man that makes her sick when he kisses her for unknown reasons. Not only that but he can be abusive at times and is a little crazy.
Minami runs into a few problems as her life with Toru goes along, but they get through it together.
