Ashley and Sienna are brand new college students attending university. They are assigned as each other's roommates and as the year progresses, they start falling in love with each other, but they both have their own secrets to hide. Ashley has been fighting crime in the city she grew up in for years now, having gained strange abilities after a house fire that left both her and her older brother orphans in their younger years. Sienna has a tragic past of her own, her parents splitting and her religious mother turning to a more abusive parenting style. Later on, gaining abilities of her own that also take a darker side. Will the two lovers find peace within themselves, or will they allow their pasts to continue haunting them?
