Glitches is a story of a young man at the end of his rope. A suicidal young man that, from every other vantage, has absolutely everything the world has to offer. He is engaged to be married into a very rich family and afforded every whim imaginable. And yet he is tormented and he doesn't know why.

Then, on a random day, Ben accidentally stops time. Stops it cold. He watches as an jet hangs in the sky without moving. The clocks in his apartment are frozen in place. And yet, he is able to move around and interact with life as though nothing happened. And this is only the tip of the iceberg. He soon realizes there are entirely other schools of mental powers and not only that, but that they come very easily to him.

And then, during one of his glitches he notices a woman that seems to be outside of time as well and aware of what he is doing. Ben's red headed muse as he would soon come to call her. Were there others with powers like his? Can he find her again? And more importantly, will Ben realize that there are many who do not want him to utilize his powers at all? And that is when the first hitman arrives to silence him forever.

Glitches is an underground world of paranormal societies seething and pulsing just underneath societies normal view. Houses, Skills, and assasins all move freely in order to do the bidding of these silent communities. And Ben has just stumbled into the scariest question of his new life... "I wanted to commit suicide before, but now the redhead may just be my real undoing."

Glitches is a NaNoWriMo book I wrote last year. Its a 411 page novel with almost 90,000 words. I will be posting a chapter a day until all 36 chapters are here for your review. Can't wait to hear your ideas and critiques!

The Supernatural: Season 4, de kamjaxson
30 capítulos Concluída
After defeating Shaka, Voltrax, and Lucifer in a battle that nearly tore their world apart, Jason and his team return home scarred but united. For a brief moment, it feels like peace has finally come. But their victory has consequences. News of gods and monsters tearing through California can't be contained. The government authorizes a sweeping crackdown on anyone displaying supernatural abilities, branding them as national threats. Suddenly, the team is no longer seen as saviors-they're fugitives. Every move they make must be in secret. Every power they use risks exposure. Jason struggles to balance leadership with the need to keep his fire hidden. Tyler's Sight becomes harder to control under pressure, especially as his visions hint that something worse is coming. Tara wrestles with cravings she can't indulge without drawing suspicion. Chloe fears her Siren's voice will betray them at the wrong moment. Gabrielle carries the guilt of Jordan's sacrifice and begins to withdraw from the group. And Carlos-ever the outsider-enjoys the chaos a little too much, even as he fights to protect them. While dodging patrols, raids, and drones designed to detect supernatural signatures, the team uncovers whispers of a new threat: a paranormal predator that leaves its victims empty shells, drained of both life and memory. Unlike demons or gods, this creature can't be fought with brute force-it hunts quietly, slips through shadows, and seems immune to the team's usual methods. As the government closes in and paranoia within the group grows, the team must learn how to fight without revealing themselves-and how to stay united when fear and secrecy begin to erode their bond. But the creature isn't just feeding; it's searching. And the closer it gets, the clearer it becomes: someone among them is its true target.

10 years into the future four sisters discover they have unusual super powers. While reading the journals of their recently deceased mother she supernaturally speaks to them from the past. (Mary died suddenly due to a newly released hyper-virus by The Powers That Be.) The young women discover not only had their mother been quenching their powers since they were babies but through her journals is now urging them to to do the exact opposite. "Rise up! *You were born for such a time as this." However the recent abandonment by their mother in death and their father in grief has left them struggling as they've been thrust into adulthood overnight. The world desperately needs them. Will they stop bickering and worrying about boys, fashion and proms long enough to save the day? *Esther 4:4 Gifts: Baby in the corner Beth (19) has the ability to draw her heart's desires. She thinks it's only while using her big box of 64 crayons. She doesn't realize the power is in her mind's eye and not her writing implements. Jo (20) can teleport. Of course she doesn't always stick her landings. At first her landings are as messy as is her life. She's lost her mother, her family home, her faith and now thinks she may be losing her mind. Supercilious self-absorbed Amy (17) has the uncanny ability to get others to do what she wants. She says, ever so sweetly, "I'd prefer..." Dad always called it "wrapping others around her little finger syndrome." If she wanted she could ask a perfect stranger to hand over his car keys and he'd have to oblige. The oldest sister Meg (21) has dreams and visions about the world's near future. She's also very intuitive. Perhaps if she were better at seeing her own future maybe her personal life wouldn't be in shambles?

Alex just left Nigel with only leaving a message on a note, telling him he probably comes back - only if possible. Obviously this is a hit in the face for Nigel. The first few months are terrible, and it only gets worse as he gets no word from Alex. No sign of him that could possibly give him some strength to go on. After more months, he loses his hope, killing everyone around as if that would make anything better. Nigel gets locked up in an asylum, declared for mentally unstable: charged for many, many murders. And since he doesn't ages, they keep him for experiments. Since they are very religious in there, they believe it's the Devil his son. After eight years, somehow Nigel keeps seeing this blonde-reddish boy visiting him. He tells him stories, being all cheeky and forces him to wait. The doctors around are trying anything to get that boy out of Nigel his mind, and when they don't succeed, they decide to use electroshock therapy for that. As Nigel threats to lose Alex, the connection between the two fades a lot. Alex has barely enough strength to stay around, and gets forced to find a body before he disappears forever. Strangely enough a patient passes by during Nigel his therapy. A suspicious girl that always wants to know everything that's going around. Since she is the only weak person of them all in a near distance, Alex gets into her body - being forced to share it with another soul. As soon as Nigel realizes that the girl isn't just somebody, and they can't get away from each other, there's only one option left. But what will happen? Will Alex get his body back?
