Aveline likes to keep to herself; she doesn't like to put herself out there. Not quite sure of how to open up to others, let alone put her feelings into words, Ave is forced to trap all of her thoughts inside, making her feel alone in her situation. She's continuously broken down by her abusive father, and while her mother is tangled in his vicious cycle of lies and deceit, she looks to find someone else who can help her feel not so gray in a world of darkness.
