Team Voltron has been hearing about Zarkon having a dangerous soldier they call "Warrior". The warrior helps attack planets and create strategies to improve Zarkon's Empire. 

When the team gets a distresse from a planet, they get there and see that some of the planet's inhabitants manage to escape before they could get captured. They are told that the Warrior is there. The paladins take the opportunity to destroy him and weaken Zarkon's Empire. But when they cross paths with him, the Warrior is very different from what they expected.
