Anna is 17 years old and lives with her alcoholic older brother. Her mother died when she was young and her father left before she was born. She begins to have horrific dreams that seem real and always end with her waking up crying and in a cold sweat. She tells her brother, expecting sympathetic words and a comforting hug. Instead, she overhears her brother admit her to the local asylum. Once there she begins to uncover dark secrets about the people surrounding her, secrets never supposed to be found.  Her life begins to fall down around her. She learns about things hidden from the light of day. Will she find the truth?  Or will the deathly secrets change Anna's life forever?
