Based off of a roleplay I have done in the past, with Hamilton characters. The main focus of this story will be Miss Maria Lewis (Reynolds), as that is who I played, and she is my favorite.
The story is set in the 1920s during Mafia times. George Washington owns the largest speakeasy and is the nemesis of George Frederick III, Maria's adoptive father. He found her when she was 10, living on the streets. James Reynolds worked for George III and became interested in how weak Maria seemed. An easy target, if you will. She was forced into marriage when she was 15 though she didn't want it. James Reynolds is a successful con man who is very manipulative. He abuses Maria constantly,but only behind closed doors. He is using George III for power and plans to overthrow him eventually. You will find out more as the story goes on, as well as be introduced to more characters.

I never thought my life would be like this; trapped in a dark room and scared for my life. A blindfold was wrapped around my head, covering my eyes, making me completely blind and on high alert.
