The purpose of this volume is to feel. Feel everything as though you are the main character experiencing each emotion expressed through my writing. Another collection of (bad) poems. *tw: mentions of sexual assault, drug use, drinking, suicidal ideation and self harm* -a collection of poems that document my experiences with my mental health throughout high school. a warning: i had a few undiagnosed mental disorders (including anxiety and depression, among other things) and was also experiencing narcissistic abuse. so a lot of this is both depressing and disturbing. reader discretion is advised. i would also like to point out that this is only my side of the story. many of the people I spoke about were dealing with their own mental health issues and deserve at least a little less judgement (except for my abusers bc fuck them <3). anyways, enjoy. if you can lol- started: November 2019 finished: May 2023

a book of (bad) love poems *TW: sexual content* -a collection of poems that chronicles my experience with love and sexuality through out high school, including a series of minor crushes, major crushes and my first real love (and yes, i did spend nearly all 4 years pining for one person). It's important to note that I was not (and probably am still not) the most mentally stable person (which is kinda obvious lol) and this consists only of my side of the story, not any of the people I have written about- started: November 2019 finished: May 2023

I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama. This is my advice to you based off of my life experiences. Along with pieces of life experience advice I've included poetry and spoken word pieces from different perspectives and I try to break down life into beautiful words that people can relate to and see that we all struggle- you're not alone and we are each so valuable.
