Dipper was an Omega. In modern society that meant nothing. Alpha's, and sometimes Beta's, ruled while Omega's went about their miserable lives quietly.
Dipper was one such Omega. Born with a Beta sister, he was the runt of his family, and he was treated as such. Because of this, he had... Issues. Trust and emotional-wise.
So he escaped, sneaking out when he could. Mabel was the only one who cared, but she would never understand what he went through.
So, when Dipper gets claimed by a Beta, who actually turns out to be a multi-millionaire Alpha, things twist a little.
Suddenly his parents, and some people NOT on good terms with Mr Cipher, start showing a little too much interest in him.

(Description really tells you nothing about the actual story/definitely not the same) Dipper is missing. Dipper has been missing for months. The last day Mabel and their parents saw him was one day before school. And haven't seen him since. All Mabel found in his room was a note. It was obviously a clue but she was never good at figuring this stuff out dipper was. But when she did get it the answer frightened her slightly bringing back memories. Bill Cipher Dipper went back to Gravity falls months before they were supposed to. Why did he leave a note about Bill? Did they make a deal? Did Bill posses him again? He spent the rest of his Senior Year looking for her. After coming back to school, he is told he must redo his senior year. Dipper also finally comes out to his parents as gay, who kick him out, also blaming him for Mabel's disappearance. Dipper moves to Gravity Falls to live with his Great Uncles and finish his Senior year. Moving to a school where he doesn't know anybody.
