Japan has long stopped being the country it used to be. The usually bright country has gone corrupt with the rest of the world. Only the strongest can influence this world, and he is like that. The leader of the Japanese mafia, the Yakuza. He rules Japan from the shadows; the politicians are only puppets gone corrupt with bribes and threats. His name is Yamaguchi Rei, and that is the man I ended up saving.
And who is this I? I am Ichinose Mei. A surgeon at the Tokyo university hospital.
