Its been ten years since the fall of Majestas ruling. The existence of magic is no longer a secret and new people are discovering their new found abilities each day. Toby spends his days training these new magic users at the ministry of magic to recruit them into his army. meanwhile Derek is also doing the same thing on the other side of the country. But when the return of an new enemy emerges it's up to Toby and his friends to stop them from gaining a weapon even more powerful then the balancer.
