Jace Vincent is the best detective in New York City. He specialises in forensics (Chemistry and Biology).
However, one day, things take a turn for the worst. When a mysterious air-craft falls into NYC, criminals start to change and become worse then ever before.
They mutate into creatures with extra-ordinary abilities.
Upon the discovery of the space craft, Jace finds out something peculiar about his past.
It's up to Detective Vincent to stop the criminals from destroying New York City.
