In the middle of North America, lies Gloom Town-yes that really is the name of it. Gloom Town has only around 13 days a year where the sun is shining. The town houses 336 people-one of them including 14 year-old Erin Solis. Gloom Town is hosting their 20th annual Rain Parade and Erin soon finds out about an act in the parade from a mysterious gypsy who she has never seen before. But Erin only expects the worst and yet so much more is about to happen to her.
