Lord Lucifer Payne, hides a terrible secret that would shock the streets of England. Bitter and cursed, he avoids society until his mother forces him to join her at the grandest ball of the Season. With the full moon so near his feline urges are ready to overpower his senses, until he stumbles upon Lady Selene dancing amongst the roses and trees. With only the moon shining on her silhouette, Lucifer intrigued, prowls Selene but will he get what his inner beast wants? Or will she run for her life?
