Cassie Powers was an ordinary 15 year old teenager, who's life changed after she found out she had The Gift. The Gift allows her to manipulate the very nature around us. After her dad's mysterious death and the development of her powers, she is sent to a school for kids and teens with other abilities. After uncovering some dark secrets, she must work with her new friends to stop a sinister group called The Darkness from gaining control of the Purgatory, which not only holds some of the most insidious spirits known to man... but also her father.
